It is issued by the Regional Transport Office (RTO) , in the jurisdiction of
which applicant lives. Person should be minimum 18 years old to apply for
driving license.

Learning License In the process for getting driving license, first
Learning Driving License is issued. Upon submission of application form along
with supporting documents, applicant has to undergo a computer-based theory test. Computer based test consists of ten multiple choice
objective type questions. Applicant has to correctly answer minimum six
questions to clear test. After successful clearance of the test, learning driving
license is issued. The Validity of the learning driving license is six
months. Applicant can apply for permanent driving license after one month of
learning license issued date and before six months or the expiry of the
driving license. |

Permanent Driving
License can be applied after one month from the date of issue of learning
license.
During permanent Driving License procedure , applicant
has to undergo practical test, i.e. he/ she has to show driving skill on
wheels.If passed successfully applicant will be issued Driving License. |
